FREE, 27" Panasonic TV with working DVD/VHS built in.  

Paddle boat has been stored in garage and very clean,  $250, is in good shape, wired to use battery for optional power.

Lost swim raft

A swim raft got away in the high winds.  It is 2 years old, maybe 6x6 (?), floating on Styrofoam with a wooden ladder.  If found please call Mary Lou Landry at 231-633-9684.

Fun Run Bike Walk - Koffee Klatch Tomorrow. Annual Meeting Notification

Happy Fourth of July!

Join us tomorrow at 9:30 AM at the Cleveland Township Park for the Fun Run Bike Walk and Koffee Klatch.  Make your choice of activity on the road or just sit and enjoy the coffee and treats at the Koffee Klatch.  You can also pay your dues!

Weather looks good - come and enjoy.

Annual Meeting Notification

The Association bylaws require that 30 days prior to the Annual Meeting, the members be advised of the meeting and the number of Directors which will be elected this year.  The Association Annual Meeting will be held on August 4, 2018 at the Cleveland Township Hall.  This year there will be 4 Directors elected.  Current Directors Jerry Leanderson, Conrad Mason, Kristen Race and Jeff Shutz have agreed to run for reelection.  Any other member interested in serving on the Board should submit his/her name in writing to the Board by July 21, 2018

June 30, 2018 - Coffee with the Board

The Board invites Association members to a casual get together on Saturday June 30, 2018 at 9:00 AM at the Cleveland Township Hall.

The purpose of the meeting is to update you on developments on water quality testing, water levels, and the Heritage Trail.  Also, this is an opportunity to interact with the Board and your neighbors.  Coffee and treats will be provided.

July 4, 2018 - Koffee Klatch and Fun Run/Walk

The combined Koffee Klatch and Fun Run/Walk returns to the Cleveland Township Park on Wednesday the Fourth of July at 9:30 AM.  Plan on coming with all your family and friends to participate in the Fun Run/Walk and our traditional Koffee Klatch.  Drinks and treats are provided.

July 14, 2018 - Around the Lake Garage Sale

The garage sale returns this year and we already have a number of homes participating.  If you would like to join in the fun contact Dave Spathelf at 231 228-5290.

August 4, 2018 - Association Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will be held on Saturday August 4, 2018 at the Cleveland Township Hall at 10:00.  More details to come.

Paddle Boat at Swanson Preserve

A paddle boat has been found partially submerged at Swanson Preserve.  If your missing your boat, it may be at the Preserve on the east end of the lake.

Leelanau County Master Plan Survey

The Leelanau County Planning Commission has sent out a survey as part of the process in updating the County Master Plan.  The survey can be accessed via www.MyLeelanau.info and must be completed by June 25, 2018
